چکیده
The in vitro maturation of GV oocytes retrieved from gonadotrophin-stimulated IVF cycles (rescue-IVM) is generally not recommended because the lower developmental competence, implantation rate, and higher rate chromosomal anomalies than vivo-matured oocytes. However, most relevant studies analyzed cleavage stage embryos may therefore have included some that were developmentally arrested. Additionally, few examined rescue-IVM mild stimulation such as clomiphene cycle letrozole cycle. We 41 blastocysts 8 patients under or March to December 2020. متن کاملClinical outcome of preimplantation genetic diagnosis and screening using next generation sequencing
BACKGROUND Next generation sequencing (NGS) is now being used for detecting chromosomal abnormalities in blastocyst trophectoderm (TE) cells from in vitro fertilized embryos. However, few data are available regarding the clinical outcome, which provides vital reference for further application of the methodology. Here, we present a clinical evaluation of NGS-based preimplantation genetic diagnos...
متن کاملThe impact of next-generation sequencing technology on preimplantation genetic diagnosis and screening.
Largely because of efforts required to complete the Human Genome Project, DNA sequencing has undergone a steady transformation with still-ongoing developments of high-throughput sequencing machines for which the cost per reaction is falling drastically. Similarly, the fast-changing landscape of reproductive technologies has been improved by genetic approaches. Preimplantation genetic diagnosis ...
متن کاملNext-generation genetic testing for retinitis pigmentosa
Molecular diagnostics for patients with retinitis pigmentosa (RP) has been hampered by extreme genetic and clinical heterogeneity, with 52 causative genes known to date. Here, we developed a comprehensive next-generation sequencing (NGS) approach for the clinical molecular diagnostics of RP. All known inherited retinal disease genes (n = 111) were captured and simultaneously analyzed using NGS ...
